I have been with the company since April 2009, joining from a recruitment background. I am responsible for delivering half of the NOCN course centred on employability skills. Part of this role involves looking and developing employment options for clients the project works with, as well as additional training options. I am also central to the delivery of the NOCN Step Up programme delivered to young persons aged 14 – 16, providing alternative education on behalf of local schools. I also coordinate voluntary work placements; local work guarantee placements and compliance of various funding streams.

Hi, I am the Delivery Manager for the allotments. I joined the company in August 2007 when we only had one plot holder on the site. Since then we have gone from strength to strength and I now provide lots of courses and advice on horticulture and gardening. I also look after our volunteers, local workers and work placements amongst many other things. |

My role is to involve the local community, organising various events from teddy bears picnics to woodland open days. We also have an enthusiastic group of volunteers who meet every Wednesday. The woodland is now transformed into something the community now use, with opened pathways, picnic benches and a chance to see the various wildlife which abounds within this city woodland. |

I started work at Bransholme Enterprises in April 2009 as the Admin Assistant on the Woodland Project, I worked closely with the project manager Adrian until December 2009, then with Terry until the Woodland Project finished in March 2010, The Woodland is now a beautiful area to have long leisurely walks, enjoy a picnic on the new benches, sit round the fire pit or in the shelter, I was not looking forward to leaving the project or the company as I had made some good friends.
I was then very fortunate to be offered the interim position of finance/Monitoring officer, which I have now being doing since April 2010.

My role within the team is supporting the allotment project and staff. I have been within the organisation since April 2007 and help work towards achieving our targets and outcomes. It is a varied job with one day in the office and the next helping out on the allotment site digging over plots or dressing up as an Elf during our Christmas Fair. I really enjoy meeting our clients and seeing them achieving through our courses and further training. Its a great project to be part of and I have formed many good long lasting friendships.
